Jerome Rothenberg
This is a 13 minute trailer for my feature-length documentary ‘Vot Em I Doink Here?’, on the American poet Jerome Rothenberg. Drawing on many hours of conversation with the poet, it looks at the range of his work, from Judaica to Dada to American Indian myth, & features a number of his contemporaries including Pierre Joris, David Antin, Ian Tyson & Charles Bernstein.
I hope that this film, which to has been entered into a number of festivals, will be released in the coming year.
